Public schools are a joke in America's cities. If money was the solution to the problem, America's Democrat run cities would be the envy of the world! However, the Dem run, Union controlled public schools don't care about results and if you question why they aren't getting a decent ROI, they call the person asking the question, a racist.
About the Chinese influence in colleges an universities.....did we ever get an answer as to why UPENN received $10 MIllion and that by sheer happenstance, stolen Classified documents were just in an office assigned to a fellow named Joseph Biden?
Regarding Chinese students in this country, they are only allowed to come if they agree to be spies for Commie China

I remember about 50+ years ago seeing throngs of Chinese students walking the East Side streets in Providence in the vicinity of poison Ivy League Brown University. Steve, you are correct, we need to bar students from countries unfriendly to the USA.
