Trump is a showman, an entertainer. Let's dance with the Village People. How about the 36+ trillion dollars of debt? Well, we need to stockpile national crypto-currency (fake money). Oh, yeah, let's have a sovereign fund. Is that a rainy day fund? Where's the money coming from? How about backing the buck with gold again? You are 100% right, Steve. How about working Congress for some legislation? Executive orders are a stop gap measure. Want to get rid of a real problem? Dump the Fed. Real work needs to be done. Muscle flexing only goes so far. How about the Department of Defense? Trillions of dollars unaccounted for, they can't even do an annual audit. The ships are in drydock, getting repaired. The billion dollar jets can't be flown. Enough of the feel good stuff. Why won't the American people demand some real solutions from the swamp? The middle class is almost non-existent. Eggs and beef are disappearing. This country needs some serious people, ethics, morality, hard work. Complaining won't work after the country collapses. Put some pressure on, people, and don't stop. This is supposed to be our country.

Steve, we've talked about problems in public schools. Seriously, it boils down to one thing.....parents....not "parent" but plural.

If there's only one parent, it reduces the odds that the child(ren) will do well in school. Demographically speaking, there's one demo that falls victim to the one parent household, vicious cycle of low information, always going to rely on assistance from the government and it's not likely to change unless Congress reverses the effects of the Great Society that absolutely decimated one demographic. Fix that and it will go a very long way for those innocent children. They need stability! They need caring parents that are partners in child rearing like you, like me.
