Steve Laffey, I appreciate your efforts more than you know. We grew up in an era when things made 'a certain amount of sense' even if they weren't perfect, but we have the historical perspective to see what needs fixing in a BIG, IMMEDIATE way; and YOU, SPECIFICALLY, have the VERY set of skills and experience necessary to keep America a place where anyone would actually want to live — and, for that matter, to keep 'any place on Earth' a place where any person would want to live. When will people wake up and listen? When will people realize that things are horribly wrong in this country (actually, world-wide)? When will people understand that it is all about money and control? I have my doubts about enough people waking up and being willing to act. It may be time for Jessie to put that muzzle loader aside and gain proficiency with the AR instead.
We need to get the ship of state back on course. Without a strong financial footing, the country collapses. Help yourself, help the country, and help Steve Laffey. He knows what the country needs to do, and he has what's needed to get it done. Time is running out.
It's easy to see that Jesse has the Laffey blood in her veins. The blood has the genes for achievement and accomplishment. Laffey blood equipped you to rescue the inevitably bankrupt city of Cranston RI. It was an amazing transformation-- from junk bond rating to solidly respectful in a very short time. Your ambition, drive, knowledge and common sense is what this country needs now. I know Steve can snatch us from an inevitable bankruptcy and collapse of the dollar.
